eesh, you know I heard it on the scanner. It came in though the language line. It happened inside of the childs home. The prep, I think, was a family member. The mother came down the stairs when she heard the child screaming. The man was drunk.
I think in was in Barcroft. I hope they locked his sick ass up & throw away the key.

It is in the same Police District around the same time of night. It could be the same man or case.

I will post what ever I want. What I heard on the police scanner is not always the correct infomation. I'm sure they have more infomation then me.

So in other words, you just wanted the shock value.....and I doubt the police get on the radio and say, as you repeated, "Hispanic man was seen with his dick in the mouth of screaming 1.5 year old child."

They used the word "private part" not dick. And I did clearly hear them say a one and a half year old. But I thought they were talking about a male child. The screaming of the child is what alerted the witness who came down the stairs and saw the assault.
