my Neighbors are filming a movie and they went us to park 3 blocks away from our house. Should I call the cops and park my car in my parking Space since they don't have a permit to make the movie.

depends on how long they want you to be away, if it's not too long I wouldn't bother or care. over a hour, might as well bust them if you can

somebody vandalized my neighbors car and smashed both front and back windshield. They put plastic over both windows for now but what gets me is that they parked on the public road by the only exit and there is shaddered glass all over the place and they don't bother to pick it up, should I do shit?

oh but in regards to your topic I would tell them to go fuck themselfs. You pay rent too, why should you sacrifies your comfort for someone elso.

Tell them that your parking space is part of your rent/mortage and that you'd be happy if they paid you - don't back down..

tell them you'll do it for a cut in the movie... or if its expected to be big, ask for a part... and then money for the part.

otherwise you can tell them the car is gonna have to be in the scene.
