Indecent Exposure in Reston Area
A man exposed himself to a 37-year-old Reston woman on Sunday, May 25. The victim was walking on Olde Crafts Drive near South Lakes Drive around 5:30 a.m. A man rode up on his bicycle and offered to carry her bag. She declined and continued walking to a bus stop. The man followed and parked across the street. He exposed himself and began masturbating. The victim called police and he fled.
The suspect was described as Hispanic, between 20 to 25 years old. He was approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and 130 to 150 pounds. He wore a blue and white, striped shirt and faded blue jeans.

The Fairfax masterbater strikes agains!
This time in Reston. Must have something to do May 20th time. This guy really get his jerk around. Poor guy was just trying to get his jerk on. lol He really needs to get the internet and porn.
From May 21th, 2007 Last Year in Fairfax.
A man was exposing himself and masturbating as a 31-year-old Fairfax-area woman walked near the 9700 block of Kings Crown Court in Fairfax. At 6 a.m., on Monday, May 14, the victim saw the suspect standing near a lamp post. The suspect walked ahead of the victim until she encountered him again, this time exposing himself, on the side of the building. The victim continued walking and observed him on the other side of the building, still exposing himself. She walked to the 3100 block of Buccaneer Court and encountered the suspect for the third time. The victim ran and called police.
