Hello all.
My employer, Freddie Mac, is desperately looking to fill 4 positions for our Internal Audit Department: two internal auditors and two managers.
If you or someone you know is tired of working crazy hours in public accounting and is ready for the corporate environment, please read the below job description for a Senior auditor position and forward me your resume for consideration. The jobs are in HQ in McLean, offers competitive salary, great benefits (including relocation if you're not local and willing to move), and H-1B sponsorship.
Senior auditor should have a BA/BA, a few years of public accounting experience, preferable at a Big4. Manager should have 5-7 years of experience and have a current CPA/CIA license.

Thank you.

Responsibilities Plan, conduct, and document all types of internal audits of complex organizational and financial activities. Review and evaluate internal control systems and policies and procedures. Develop agreed-upon corrective actions. Consult with customers. Perform continuous monitoring activities. Prepare draft audit planning documents, audit procedures, and final reports for review by an audit manager. Job requires a Bachelor degree in Accounting or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired; two years of experience in public accounting, accounting for a large company, or experience with financial services internal auditing.

Additional Specifications This Senior Auditor position is within the Information Systems Audit group of the Internal Audit department. The Senior I Auditor supports comprehensive audits of applications in production, pre-implementation reviews of applications in development, and consults on risk and controls related to applications. Each review includes an evaluation of the design and operating effectiveness of application controls and compliance with policies and procedures. The Senior IT auditor is responsible for documenting control weaknesses related to testing exceptions and working with Internal Audit Management to provide recommendations to internal clients for creation of agreed-upon corrective actions. Responsibilities also include preparing draft audit planning documents, audit procedures, and final reports for review by the Manager based on the review performed.

Job Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree (a blend of technical skills and business skills is optimal) in Accounting, finance or Business Administration.
- Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
- Must work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Must demonstrate effective leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Conditions of Employment Freddie Mac will consider applicants who require H-1B sponsorship, but only if the applicant has at least three years of H status remaining out of the original six years of permissible H status. In order to be considered for permanent residence sponsorship, the individual must be employed with the company for 12 months and meet or exceed annual performance objectives established by their management team. This is a minimum requirement for sponsorship. The decision whether to sponsor an individual for nonimmigrant or immigrant status rests exclusively with Freddie Mac.

Does your employer know you are posting this on a board full criminals, cop haters, window tinters, school board haters and immigrant bashers?

Post on Monster or Creaigslist next time.

Well considering the accounting history of Freddie Mac this might be the perfect place to find employee's. Didn't their last director get fired for faulty accounting practices and misstating loans.

HA HA HA - but the real hidden scandle of a few years ago was Bradley Belt, Chair of the Pension Benefit Guaraty Corp (PBGC). He ran out of his office one day rambling incessantly and babling like a 5 year old never to be seen again.

A few days later, the White House released "his" resignation letter saying he was going to persue other oppitunities and referencing the President of the US commitment to "freedom". Fun Stuff!

This has to be a joke. While not totally surprising, a company as abysmal as Freddie Mac should be ashamed of themselves not only for their methods of recruitment, but for their current selection of employees - I cannot think of any positive situations / comments arising through your post.
