I realize these are actually in Loudon County, but I thought I'd ask here anyway.

Does anyone know if these parks are patrolled after closing?

I usd to go to balls bluff at night all the time, long after dark. it was never once patrolled by anyone meaningful while I was there. We would hold mock seances at those gravestones that form a half circle.
