Perhaps in the language you speak, but not in standard English. Let's try this...
you are --> contraction --> you're :: conjugation of the verb "to be" indicating state of the personal pronoun "you", the person or thing being referenced.
your --> possessive determiner or adjective :: indicates ownership or "possession" by person or thing being referenced.
It's (contraction of it is, as oppossed to "its" which is the possessive determiner) not hard. But if you are still confused, wait a thousand years. The natural evolution of the language will reduce all conjugations and declensions to regular, eliminating virtually all of them. At that point, meaning will strictly come from context, like some dialects of Chinese. But then you won't (contraction of "will not", past tense) need to pay attention in English class any more.
Stupidity is not a virtue.
