What kind of job is the government doing that allows it break the law by NOT having ANY form of visible identification on the outside? Why such big planes? Transporting special packages? BS. You can do that with something twice as small, and more discreet, like the planes next to them.

Clearly they are not under maintenance, nor are they fresh off the assembly line either.

I think in order for them to operate and fly in the same airspace as the others, they would need the same paint job. Not a pilot though....

Route map shows Myrtle Beach to be their main destination. However, they don't operate from Dulles.
