Today i saw a fairfax county officer in uniform smoking a cigarette out side a 7-11. He was talking to his buddies but he was the only one smoking. Didn't know FCPD was allowed to smoke on the job.

Well, if they didnt sit on he side of 66 and pick people off for shit like 'no front plate' or 'tint' or 'things hanging from mirror' I would be more inclined to agree with you. Most cops are sticklers for the rules and regs. This is just yet another example of police doing stuff to hurt their own image.
