I agree with this.
If you are within normal safe following distance of the next car ahead of you it's ok to stay in the lane. However, if you are on 395S in the seperated HOV lanes (speed limit 65) and you drive 60mph in the left lane, you can rot in hell. It boggles my mind why people consciously choose to drive the HOV lanes, with a higher speed limit, and then they insist on driving slower than the limit.
