VA's Draconian Traffic Laws

I am surprised this isn't already being discussed here. If there was an old thread I missed I apologize, I did a search and couldn't find anything.

Is a good summary of it.

Basically, a bunch of new extra fees for driving violations that only apply to VA residents. If you are from another state go ahead and break our laws, but if you live here you will pay.
