Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure in Huntley Meadows Area

A 23-year-old Arlington woman was assaulted by a man in a laundry room in the 7100 block of Mint Place on Tuesday, April 15 around 11:30 a.m. The man allegedly pushed the victim, exposed himself to her then fled. The victim was not injured.

Jose Lazo Portillo, 25, of 7111 Mint Place #204, was located nearby and arrested. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and charged with assault and indecent exposure.
