Can we get the detailed expenses with a freedom of information request. How do you make a freedom of information request. Is there a form you have to fill out?

Be specific and avoid asking for years of data. For example, ask for detailed travel expenses for X from date Y to Y. Do you want travel expenses for attending conferences, meetings out of state, etc., and not for local travel. Do you want cost of conference or meeting, room, food, taxi, airfare, etc?
You will probably get a response saying that the response will take longer than Z. They might try to stick you with a cost for doing the research. Why you want to be specific is that you do not want staff to take a lot of time collecting data, organizing data, etc. This is the cost factor.
However, the request is not out of line and surely, a 2.3 billion dollar corporation has those data sheets handy. Good luck and please post.

Expect to be stonewalled at every turn. FOIAs are the enemy to government. Especially if you ask for email correspondence. Government employees are notoriously stupid for putting things in emails they shouldnt.
There was one several years ago when gun rights group FOIAed communications in Manassas regarding the police conduct during a gun group wearing pistols in a restaurant.
