It's about the banner

We keep being told we are heard, but I’m not sure the new board is listening. Schultz says we wanted South County as the name, no way. Sorry I didn’t bring my kids to the spike volleyball event she talked about where some great banner about South County made her think South County should be the name of the school. I didn’t know banners would matter. I guess we need to bring banners to get her and the rest other boards attention in the future. We tried to follow the process but it didn’t’ work.

Really, that is the best we can do? FCPS kept rigging the process until that was the name. That's why they kept asking for new votes.
