Man Exposes Himself in Fairfax Station Area; Composite Released

Police have released a composite sketch of a man wanted in reference to an indecent exposure at the Sun Splash Tanning store at 5622 Ox Road on Friday, April 4 around 2:25 p.m. The victim, a Midlothian, Virginia woman, was working at the front counter when a man walked in and sat down. A short time later, he opened his jacket, began masturbating then fled.

The suspect was described as black, in his 20s. He was approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. He wore a blue jacket, plaid pants and white shoes.

Why dont they show us the picture of the "unit" - we need to settle the debate as to if a certain group is "bigger".

big deal. I don't get it.........even if a 300 lb ugly heffer started fingering herself in front of me I wouldn't really be all THAT offended. kinda nasty but shiiit, nothin to go around arresting people for.

Back in 1986 or 1988, my friends and I were the victims of a female flasher.
Yes, we were "victims" because were were only 14 or 15... all minors...

We were walking along the service road near Tysons Corner. A middle-aged
woman was driving by us and slowed down when she was right next to us.
She pulled up her top and her skirt. We saw her breasts and vaginal area.
Being stupid teenagers, we grinned like idiots. The woman drove away.
Being a carbuff, all I can remember was the car, a Mazda RX7(the ones
that looked like a Porsche)

Just to be clear, the woman wasn't even that attractive. Was what she
did a crime?
