I saw this ass____! this morning on Braddock Rd ,9:30 am,raining, cut off a special needs school bus,
No indicator,just jumped in front of the school bus, and put on brakes to avoid hitting the UPS truck she had sandwiched herself behind..
Meanwhile the school bus almost goes up on the median trying to avoid her..Good driving Bus driver...BAD driving YER7635.
Is there a way to get info to police or would they could they do anything ...or do we hopefully just take a chance that the idiot follows ffx underground and they can read here that they are an IDIOT!!!!Just askin???
Little more details...has an honor roll student at Robinson,Honda Odessey Greenish Grey, liscense plate YER7635...may have gone into NOVA....

Next time, take a video and go to the magistrate and file a civil complaint. Swear out something (some sorta paperwork), and prosecute the driver yourself. I never knew that......then again I've never had to bring criminal charges against anyone (well, not without the help of a Federal Agency, but that's a whole other story lol)
so if she completely fucked, JB? I mean, even if she video taped the incident? I didnt really think about it earlier, but I guess after she videos it, common sense is to call non-emergency and have them send a cop over to look at it. Cop could do the rest if the video clearly shows the offense, right?

Rules regarding using video evidence can get tricky. There are heresy rules and evidentiary processes and chain of custody rules that must be adhered to. For example, the source of the video has to be confirmed and in original format, yadda yadda yadda.
I dont want to say it would be impossible to get the police or a prosecuting attorney to file charges, but the likelihood says I have a better chance of hooking up with a 22 year old Jennifer Love Hewitt than it happening.
