do you mean cutting hours and inserting more runs sandwiched between ....do you mean regular supervisors pretending to know about special needs children??

Not thrilled but it beats not having a job at all

probably refering to changes within the company, ie:employee employer relations, not the public since subject line is addressed to employees as opposed to ALL.....just a geuss?
