And I am sure with Internet so freely available they video stores will be going as well. What is Inkahootz goona do for a job now?

Virgina likes to think of itself as a moral bellwether. For instance, state run liquor stores (closed on Sundays except in the north), refusal to formally recognize any native american tribes in the state for fear of them opening sinful casinos, and the instance you brought up. Perhaps the all knowing commonwealth has realized that you can access every vice imaginable online and therefore sees no reason to close adult stores that generate tax revenue and employment. I personally think morals and government have no place with each other.
