I have a suggestion. Don't keep needless information on your website. I don't think anyone has a problem with serious crimes or when an actual "arrest" has occured. However a speeding ticket does not indicate an "arrest" which is what you and your website have implied. I can't believe that someone can actually see speeding tickets. Thank you George W. Bush and all Virginians for re-electing him and invading everyone's privacy.

See that link that says "arrested persons"? (Note the word "ARRESTED"??) Click on the link -- it's 95% traffic offenses.

The term "arrested" is just notation and convention -- nothing to do with invasion of privacy. Chill out, dude.

Hey Sammy Yourma - you are an idiot. Being pulled over does not constitute an arrest, nor does receiving a traffic ticket. The above post was correct - it is just a convention for internal recording purposes. They could call it "shit", but it wouldnt change what it actually is....a ticket...summons and release NOT arrest.

I have not posted on here for awhile, but I will echo what I have previously posted, and has been stated by other people on here in the past - before you start spouting off at the keyboard, atlest make some effort to ensure that your opinion is based on something other than your own stupidity. Hey, I don't know if you are talking to me, as I am not "Sammy YourMa", but whatever.
Maybe you should call the police and ask them (703-691-2131 NOT 911. This is NOT an emergency) It states on the ticket that you have been placed under arrest and that the signed ticket is a type of "bond" promising that you will pay the fine or appear in court (although I do not have a ticket in front of me because I have never gotten one. I read it off of my nephew's ticket.) Do YOUR research before attacking others and their intelligence.
I think you are the one basing your statements on opinion rather than fact. Talk about stupidity, calling someone stupid before you research yourself is not a smart thing to do if you ask me.
