I have been in that room several times. There are about 6 closed circuit TV's in there and most of the time, someone ( usually the owner's relatives) are monitoring the TVs. I cannot imagine how this happened because that door is usually always locked and someone is usually in that office. I think it may have been an inside job or something.

If it was an inside job they were idiots for letting the camera see their faces. They should have known the cameras were there. Could be they were there posing as some official inspector or something.

yea if it was an inside job im pretty sure they would have known that the cameras were there...also they made sure they got every single last penny...im pretty sure they had it well planned out...

An official inspector would have a uniform. City inspectors I have seen all are uniformed.

Health inspectors don't need to be uniformed. They walk in like any other joe shmo off the street..they carry a clipboard and head straight to the back to catch the staff unawares. Most of the time the only person who cares what this guy has to say is the manager on duty. Everybody else is gettin high out by the dumpster.
