wrong information on ticket

I got a ticket for speeding and was wondering if you could get the judge to throw it out because the officer wrote Caucasian as my race when I'm clearly not.

it almost always has to be a major error on the ticket or just entirely wrong. clerical errors like that would rarely if ever get a ticket thrown out

I recently beat a dc parking ticket because the ticket had an incorrect letter recorded on the license plate. That being said, since the officer who wrote the ticket would (theoretically) be in court he'll be able to tell the judge that you were the guy who was caught speeding.

You can ask the judge to throw it out but, once he stops laughing at you he'll say no.

"Caucasian" isn't a race at all, so unless you come from Georgia, Armenia, Dagestan, or some other Caucasian nation, you're not "Caucasian".

Did the cop write "C" for caucasian or "W" for white? Bc in the cop world you're pretty much "B", "W", or "A".
