Boycotting the Olympics?

The current issue of Time magazine says Nobody wins when nations play politics with the Olympics. They site the 1936 triumph by Jessie Owens. Not generally known is that Jessie ran because two Jewish teammates were benched. When the athlete's got back it led to the feeling that everything was alright in Germany. Franklyn Roosevelt concluded as a result that the synagogues were full in Berlin.(source the Holocaust Museum)-Rod
