Need A good Cream of Crab or Generaly Good Soup Resturant in Fairfax

I recently had surgery and can only have broth or cream bases soups.

I would love to have a good Cream of Crab.

Please help

The Original Soup Man has a location in the old food court section of Tysons I mall. I tried their crab bisque last spring and it was great. It's not always on the menu though. The other soups I've tried there were all very good, especially the Italian Wedding Soup. Be forewarned- it's all overpriced. I think it was like 7.95 for the crab bisque (also came with fresh bread), which is sorta ridiculous for a bowl of soup served in a mall food court. But, the quality is there, if you don't mind shelling out the extra buck or two.

Jimmy's Tavern in Herndon has good cream of crab on the days they serve it

We get a good crab soup at Safeway. They also sell it hot sometimes. There are little cups and spoons so you can sample it first. Yeah- I'm like the retirees eating lunch at the Costco samplers.
