Stink at FFX Circle

Everytime I drive near Fairfax Circle, I get a whiff that is reminiscent of "County Transfer Station" or landfill, but pretty sure that can't be it. It's too strong to be the Lamb Center. Is there a recycling place near there? Could it be the industrial site kinda to the side/behind Home Depot? Anyone else notice the stink?

A local contractor has been hiring illegals and then murdering them at the end of the job in order to avoid paying them. The FCPD believe the bodies were dumped at Fairfax Circle and are using cadaver dogs to locate the source.

The real reason is that JL Tree Service has a mulch processing plant along Old Pickett Road that creates a stench.

Pickett Road and Old Pickett Road are industrial zones according to the zoning code.
