Baby Hit By Car On Blake Ln.

I was listening to my police scanner app (iphone) yesterday afternoon when a call came through saying that a 22 month old baby was in a carriage was struck by a car on Blake Ln. I was looking around to see if I could find out how the story ended up, anybody see or hear anything about it? (I know this could be the best and worse place to ask this)
