What is going on in the area? Hearing lots of helicopters and sirens from the Fairfax County Parkway, near Franklin Farm.

Heard that the police stopped a car in a traffic pursuit. Five teens got out of the car and ran.

just heard there was a traffic chase and kids bailed out and ran. the copters are still around.

What did the kids do and were they caught after causing a major commotion in the neighborhood at taxpayers expense. Not cheap flying the whirlybirds around.

Actually, I had just gotten done with the Gym and had just left that area heading south on the Parkway. Turned on the scanner, and by the time I got to Fair Lakes it was happening. Yea, they spotted someone, told the officers to head into the woods to the creek, the follow it to the right and they'll see him. Said they had to leave or they'll run out of gas but gave those directions before they left. The officers successfully found the kid.
