Whats the deal? Been sitting there for weeks without any repairs being done. That was my goto gas station when I was in a pinch...insurance holding them up maybe?

Are we talking about the one next to Wendys? I got gas there a week or so ago and didn't notice anything wrong.

It is the Shell on 29 next to Walmart and the former bloom that caught fire - no info, but I miss it. It was the perfect location on my way to work.

It is/was a good location and the crew that worked onsite were solid mechanics. I had an emergency a few years back and took it up to them. They got me out within an hour and I was able to get to an important meeting. Not like typical places where they ask you to leave it all day or overnight to get serviced.

If I remember this Shell and the two on Main Street (Old Town & across from Carlos) were owned by three separate families. Interesting enough they all quoted different prices for the same service work. Jermantown & Old Town Shell were on point. The one across from Carlos O'Kellys was always higher - maybe why it's the only one left...

There are two shell stations in that area. The first one is on Rt. 50 and Jermantown next to Wendy's and McDonald's. That one is still running as I just drove past it this morning.

The one that caught fire is on Rt. 29 on the Walmart / Bloom side

I forgot about the one across from Giant on Jermantown. Have they done anything with the old Shell site on Main Street yet? I think the old Amoco site is going to be an office building - haven't been around there in awhile.

I was wondering the same thing - they've still got the whole place shuttered and caution tape up on all the entrances to the station from Rust and 29.
