Sheriff gets a pay raise!

If the BOS agreed to award the Sheriff the pay increase awarded by the state then why haven't deputies received their increases as the state compensation board has provided over the years. It goes to show you there are two sets of rules.

What were the percentages? Sheriff, Chief of Police, fire, officers deputies..... Who actuall got what and what are the time spands from last raises?

Not sure what the Sheriff gets but he deserves every penny. Judging by the posts on this forum by what are clearly deputies, it must be like running a pre-school where the kids have guns.

Firefighters got 1.7% in October, first raise in 3 years. Insurance cost went up 19%. Easy to do the math.
