Support Planned Parenthood

Our great state wants to make it mandatory for YOU get an invasive sonogram before you can get an abortion. Rape, incest, and birth defects will not prevent you to be required for you to lay down and have a vaginal sonogram.
Please support your right to choose.

Don't let the Republicans get away with our rights.

Planned Parenthood does a lot for women. Breast exams, birth control and wellness check ups. Many women who do not have insurance use their services. Get your facts straight before you bash them. If you don't want to support them that is your CHOICE.

If pp REALLY cared about women's health they'd drop abortions which they claim are only 5% of their business and rename their organization to Women's Health Centers or something like that.

But they promote abortions right in their name, you aren't fooling anyone at all.

The requirement for transvaginal ultrasound was dumb to try to put into law, but if you're a woman you know that most abortions are done in first trimester and PP is going to use that method because _it is the only one that works_ when the baby is that small.

Oh the media and liberal bloggers didn't tell you that part.

But the proposed law is gone, why are you still bitchin about it? You should be HAPPY that the governor didn't simply side with the wingnuts on ideology, researched and adjusted his opinion and no longer supports it. Current law in Texas and Oklahoma requires a woman look at the ultrasound prior to the abortion. Go protest there.
