What are they doing

anyone know what are they doing? its was 1 pm on a weekday. shouldn't they be at work or at least looking for a job

HEY, I KNOW WHERE THAT PIC WAS TAKEN!!! That pic was taken in the Mt. Vernon area. That 7-11 and the building next to it is on RT1 & Russell Rd. I grew up just around the corner there.

LET ME TELL YOU THIS, THIS PLACE IS A DIVE NOW BUT BACK IN THE '80'S IT WAS ALRIGHT. NO LOITERING AROUND. THE AREA WAS DECENT.

AH, MISS THOSE DAYS!!!

I see those people on Park St. just before Cedar Lane in Vienna every morning. What ARE they doing? I'm sure it's a total coincidence that Wheat's Landscaping is right across the street--or it is because of Thoreau Middle School?

Anyone know what Joe w was doing around 1 pm on a weekday? I heard he was taking pictures of dudes loitering. Shouldn't he be at work or at least looking for a job?
