UpScale ReSale building in merrifield

Seems like close to year ago UpScale was hassled out of their long time home to make way for some foreign owned strip mall. got lots of write ups in newspaper WP WBJ,FT etc. but here we be nearly year later and seems like very little progress towards a new strip mall. what happened?

did upscale resale open up anywhere else or died?

It died. Too bad. Was a good place to find bargains on quality stuff.
