This trend started at least 2 years ago. Many of them work in construction. When real estate development slowed, many of them couldn't find work and left the area.

I posted over a year ago and predicted that the problems would get serious once the housing market slowed. The majority of the day laborers worked at construction. Now the recession has kicked in and they cant find the easy work. Hence you have literally hundreds of these guys standing in front of the 7-11 in Annandale.

Whether you are supporting illegals to come into this country or not hundreds of guys standing around with nothing to do is trouble regardless of what Jerry Connelly says.
