HEAVY SNOWFALL IS FORECAST FOR THE METROPOLITAN REGION. REGIONALLY-CRIPPLING AND YUPPIE TERROR-INDUCING ACCUMULATIONS OF 0.5 TO 1 CENTIMETER IS FORECAST.
