Here's an idea to help the state budget. Just put patrol cars on Craddock's tail whenever he drives.

well, considering that he only got stopped once, im impressed. i also dont blame him as the speed limits here can be rediculously low, especially when it's the middle of the night and nobody is on the street. so i argue that he can drive fine. that doesnt mean i support him or anything, i just say he drives fine. i mean, hasnt hit any other cars or a crowd of pedestrians...
