UPDATE – One Arrested
On Saturday, March 8 at 5:30 p.m., police arrested Sydney Gutierrez after the clerk recognized him as one of the suspects of the robbery at the ABC Store on Arlington Boulevard four days earlier. Gutierrez, 18, of 862 Patrick Henry Drive was stopped, questioned and subsequently arrested. He was charged with robbery and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. The case is still under investigation.
The suspects were described as white, 5 feet 5 inches tall and between 150-180 pounds. They all wore blue jeans. One had a black T-shirt, another a blue T-shirt and the third a jersey with the number 7 on it and a white jacket.
