On March 6, 2008 at approximately 8:24a.m. Officers from the Town of Vienna Police
Department were dispatched to the area near the CVS store in the Cedar Lane Shopping Center in Southeast Vienna. The initial call was from a witness stating that an individual was wielding a knife. Upon his arrival, MPO Randy Burchfield found a 47 year old Hispanic male bleeding from the upper chest as a result of an apparent knife wound.

MPO Burchfield began administering first aid and was able to control the bleeding from the wound. Fairfax County Fire and Rescue personnel responded and began caring for the injured man. They then transported him to Inova Fairfax Hospital. Additional Vienna Police units were simultaneously searching the area for the suspect and the Fairfax County Police Department’s helicopter was summoned to assist in the search. Witnesses stated that the assailant was in an argument with the victim and at one point reached out and cut the victim with a utility type knife. As the assailant, 40 year old Dimas Chacon- Morales of no- fixed address started to turn after cutting the victim, the witnesses began to run away towards Park Street. The area schools were notified of the incident and began taking precautions to ensure the safety of the children.

The witnesses ran towards Park St. because a white van pulled up!

That shopping center in vienna is a death wish. It is really sad that criminals are allowed to hang out within feet of a middle school. But what can you do. Vienna is such a poor..wait a sec.? the word "poor" and "vienna" clash, horribly.

I wonder if he is in this country legally? Hmm... Couldnt find him specifically
but it seems anyone in the list with the name Chacon seems to have serious
social adjustment problems and a great deal of difficulty in traffic, espcially
with drivers licenses.

Which makes it all the more likely some poor homeless midget was wandering around and got hit by a car.

The amounts of illegals running around that block is absurd. You'd think that in a town like Vienna with a huge police force down the road and almost zero crime that they'd be camped out there every second of every day.

But God forbid you go 5 miles over the limit down Park Street, you'll have the Vienna Po Lice on you like stank on shit..why because putting true criminals behind bars costs money and catching speeders generates cash. Need to maintain the town brown.

A bunch of us who live around the shopping center and apartments have complained and complained about the day laborers, gang bangers, and other crime in the area. We've complained to Southern Management, First Washington Realty, the Town of Vienna, Fairfax County, over and over. No one has done jack shit to help us.

The police keep telling us it's *only* hispanic on hispanic crime. They even made fun of Vienna Woods residents in the newspaper by saying that we didn't know the difference between soccer teams and gangs.

Mark my words: someone will get killed over there eventually, and there certainly will be more assaults and rapes. But nothing will be done until a white person is injured or killed.
