Reckless driving help

I just got a reckless driving, i was pulled over by an unmarked f350 license plate no. 75-111 . It had a big utility box in the back almost like a rescue vehicle. He was going under the PSL in the left lane so i passed him on the right and bam he pulled me over. I was nice and pulled over immediately even though his f350 doesn't hang anywhere near my cars speed and he was over 1/4 mile behind me when he turned his lights on. Does anyone know anything about this guy and what he normally does? He didn't really say anything except sign here and come to court. It doesn't seem like traffic enforcement is his normal duty. Anyone know what those vehicles are usually used for besides sitting in the passing lane?
Thanks

I dont get it? What exactly are you asking? How would we know what an individual cop does and who he is from that description?

Also its not going to get you out of the ticket

I don't even get what the ticket is for. Did you pass at a speed fifteen over the speed limit? What is the charge number? Passing a vehicle isn't illegal as long as you are in a paved/marked travel lane.

LOL. This is the dumbest statement I've heard all week.

I've seen this guy before too. Big dumb trailer hitched on the back. I"ve seen him flip his lights on and blow the light at Lorton and Lorton Station Road. I didn't see him chasing after anybody though.

I was in the court room for this trial. The cop took this posting and brought it to court, what an idiot.

I would have paid good money to see that.
