Wow such great cultural options. Why dont you try going to a legit restaurant instead of feeding the Great American Restaurant chain. They cost exactly the fuckin same and the "chefs" arent 21 year old college drop out line cooks who dont wash their hands after they wipe.

there arent a lot of dropout nobodys working for great american restaurants.I go there a lot and most of those waiters are great. so polite and respectful. also getting your clothes dry cleaned between shifts isnt something a drop out nobody would be up for.

I think by "legit" restaurant, the poster is referring one not managed by a large corporate entity that owns several different restaurants and puts more effort into their ambience and their restaurant "looking right" than they do the actual product they serve.

I went to Ozzie's for the first time a couple weeks ago. The place, design-wise, is fantastic. Then I got the food. The Chicken Parm tasted like something out of a Microwave Dinner.

As far as I can tell, "Great" american restaurants are great places to get a drink or have a snack. I'm generally underwhelmed when going there for a full meal.

How about Ruth's Chris steak at Ffx Corners? Expensive, but very good!

"I think by "legit" restaurant, the poster is referring one not managed by a large corporate entity that owns several different restaurants..."

Yup. But there are very, very few restaurants that are standlone, sole proprietorships.

Uncle Julios was not on your list but the food is good. The only problem is something about how it was designed. You could have 2 tables of 5 people in that place and just basic conversation from them could make the place so loud you have to yell across the table to be heard.

Because wegmans food is awful. The food is way overpriced and the chefs don't even care about it, infact, they despise the recipes they have to use. Unless you are getting a sub or a 6 dollar meal you are getting ripped off from wegmans...
