Panhandler at Fair Lakes/Stringfellow

This fat dumbass is out there ALL THE TIME. I call the cops anytime I see him and all they do is run him off. He "claims" to be unemployed, but walks over to the intersection from an apartment complex nearby. I saw him once at Starbucks (dressed nicely) talking about work with someone else.

Anyone else see this guy? Is there a law on the books in Fairfax County preventing this type of activity?

He's a white male, 50-60 years old, 250-300lbs.

He's been there for a few years.

I'm still trying to figure out how yOu can be homeless...and overweight. I'd say a good 1/3 of the "hOmeless" I see are fatties.

How's that happen?

That ain't hard to figure out. When you're homeless, you eat what you can find and that's usually junk from 7-11 or McD's. Where the hell are they going to store and prepare healthy food?

However, if they're fat, they're probably not winos. The skinny ones just stay drunk, they don't eat. I guess they don't want food taking the edge off their buzz.

He drives an old purple Ford Taurus. Claims to be hyper religious, wants to send you an email every day on God. Don't know where he would get a computer or web access, if he is homeless. You need a library card to use a computer at the library and you need an address for a library card

I also don't get it - not a "regular" poster of FFX Underground to know whats an inside joke or not. Never heard of Robert Paulson...

Just drop a used condom in his cup and be done with it...

Perhaps put a few nickels in the used condom to give it a little more weight. The only thing to think about is having to keep the semen filled condom in your car, ready at hand, until you drive by that intersection...

You may have to chat it up with him while the intersection light is red. You'll need to wait until the light is green and the car ahead of you is already moving if you're not first at the light. Don't worry about people honking. Just take it easy and once that light is green and the path ahead is clear, slap him that used condom right in his outstretched palm and punch it!

i see him all the time at that intersection. he knows its a good spot because of the traffic backups at that terrible light.

I've seen him at starbucks near PetsMart in fair lakes, and at Taco Bell in Chantilly on rt50. both places he has a Dell Laptop that looked like it was about 4-6 years old.

I also saw him one time with a car behind walmart in FL, he was shaving his face using his side-view mirror.
