Virginia's Bag Tax

Virginia lawmakers are considering a 5 cent bag tax for all plastic retail bags used in the state, to be paid by the consumer.

Republican House, Republican controlled Senate, Republican Governor and complicated exclusions that will make it potentially difficult to implement and enforce. I'll put the chances of it passing this year as only slightly higher than the chances that they will decriminalize pot.

No you are thinking of the old bag tax. Different. It was a rider to the other suggested tax the taking home a fat chick from a bar tax

The tax only applies to plastic bags and I think you're talking about paper bags.

Putting a plastic bag over your bitch's head during sex is ill-advised.
