Race? Age? Height?

Especially the first two...

Am I looking for a 50 year old black guy, or a 25 year old white guy, etc? Seems like basic stuff.

It's a wetback of some sort.

From http://wamu.org/news/12/01/18/franconia_parents_on_lookout_for_suspicious_man:

----------------------------------------------

"In Virginia, parents are on alert after four incidents were reported involving a suspicious man in a red pick-up truck around schools in the Franconia area of Fairfax County. In the latest incident on Tuesday, a man allegedly got out of his truck and told a Mark Twain Middle School student to get into his vehicle. . . According to the school newsletter, the suspect is described as a possibly hispanic man aged 30 to 35. He was driving an older model red pickup truck with the letters L-M-E in the license plate."

Not sure why all but one report I've read left out this: he aggressively yelled at middle-schoolers walking without an adult on two separate occasions to get in his truck. So far he has not showed a weapon of any sort so the kids were able to run. But what if he moves onto the next neighborhood - now that ours has a very visible police presence - and gets more brazen?? They have to find this guy. Sounds like he fits the description of a guy doing the same thing at a Newington School in early December. A parent yelled and he fled. I dint think they saw him again. He showed up at our school on 12/19 - at least that's when the safety patrols first noticed him. We are pretty sure the first 3 digits of his plates are 'LME' although the kids could have gotten that wrong and he could have changed cars by now. Anyway, something's really off with this guy. I hope the cops catch him and 'motivate' him to stay away from little kids and schools. He sounds like a very sick man who is enjoying this.
