I haven't been feeling the tremors as much as hearing them. Just a very low frequency rumble with unusual patter (i.e. not a bus, truck, train) so I'm aware that they are taking place but not really feeling them.
I guess, since Northern VA. is shaking then the Maya were correct about the end of the world coming in 2012. The clock is ticking boys and girls.

That rumble you're feeling, Ogien, is probably testing at Quantico, not quakes. We get that all the time.

I suppose that's possible but I've been in the area for a damn long time and I'd never noticed it with such frequency. Also, I'm right off of Zion Drive so that's some ways from Quantico. Nevertheless, it's entirely possible that you're right. Low frequencies travel with greater ease over longer distances and if their blasting underground or something then it's like ringing a huge, low frequency, bell.

You're not alone. I grew up here. It's considerably worse more recently than it has been in the past. Some of that may be due to BRAC,(bringing more of the testing here), and some of it may be due to a different kind of explosive testing. It also may be because of 9/11. The military can do a lot more now than they could before because no one thought anyone would attack America. (ie., pre-9/11: don't piss off the civilians with testing. post 9/11: do whatever the hell you want)
