Coaching swimming for NVSL, bonus percentage

I am curious what pools are giving their NVSL head coaches as an end of the season bonus. I have heard all sorts of figures, from nothing to 20%. Can anyone on a pool board tell me what your team gives, percentage wise?

We give our coaches a 20% bonus if they win divisionals, 10% for a winning season. If they go undefeated, they get a 25% bonus. If they have a losing record, they can get a good recommendation for their next job if they were nice enough people.

No bonus, but we are looking at various ways to build incentives into our contracts such as the ones mentioned above. We are a team in a low division and the pay is not high.
