Cheapest decent Internet?

I'm new to the area. Who offers the cheapest decent (not dailup) Internet service in the area? I don't need it super-fast, just fast enough to watch Youtube videos, and cheap.

We have Verizon FIOS Triple Play (cable,phone,internet) for around $130 a month. FIOS is good if you plan to download a lot of videos/music/etc.

Anyone used the internet access from Fairfax Public Access? The public access radio and tv thingy also has some kind of internet access program

Get a prepaid aircard from Cricket Wireless. It worked for me in that it was fast enough to watch a few youtube videos without any lag. That way if you miss the payment, you won't mess your credit up.

a basic usb modem is 70 on sale now and you get to keep it, a hotspot is more like 100. plans are 45/55/65 a month depending on how much data you use.
