A HELICOPTER ON THE GROUND!

Oh Em Gee! It's the end of days! I saw a helicopter on the ground today! What's going on? It was so terrifying to see this! It was just there...on the ground...like it could take off at any moment but then...maybe it would just sit there all-day. You just never know with these things, do you?!?!? So scary...

All I95 South Bound Lanes after RT 7100 are blocked due to accident-Express lanes
not impacted

What does this I-95 accident have to do with my insidious, Decepticon helicopter just sitting there on the ground waiting...to start turning its evil blades and claw into the sky to rain down its terror with furious vengeance!?!?
