when my court date

I got a ticket on December 10th 2011, but It doesn't say my court date all it says its PD Form 66

Your license should be revoked since you are so effing stupid. It's not a ticket. Do you see the big word "Warning" at the top?

Tuesday morning when DMV opens please promptly turn in your license!
