i told both of them that it was wrong to bring the issue for one its wrong and for second is not acceptable. he accused me of being criminal and taken the money when in fact my relative sue him in fairfax county and the case is still going on. he called my family and told them i was wrong and bad about the situation when infact i had too many witnessed and document that i show to the court. mind you this happened 2 years ago and i think it was finshed, but for them no. now they said bad things about me and my family in my community saying very stupid things. but they dont understand i have document to prove they are the bad ones and our business was legitimate. the guy went to the court again and i said sending money back home, which is not true, but he said, and his family and his relatives believe him. i am very disappointed with them, and i hope they get send home and get criminal and goto prison becaause they stupid and criminal.

I would have told them the same business man. You are not a criminaland Fairfax Co. is a great place to sue. You should tell him to leave your family alone -- I mean, it's been two years. You should counter sue for defamation and I'd be disappointed as well and I hope they get send home too.

your advice is very good giving for him to take. i not want see this to something being not good for fairfax county resident who is being business man all the time for this county. the document is being a good for way to get you're name to cleared with the may the community things are not good. my advice is what is very being said above that 2 years is a long time for not something seen to be done and my advice is to see what the fairfax people are being to do about the documents and for the business that you are to be saying is also good news. good luck!

sometimes it doesnt seems that everyone peoples wont do the goodest thing to do.but then sometimes all the persons that are going to be doing and seing the whole the bisness didn't see those documents that I sed will be show the court. I hope it won't take more then more to years because by time it happen that way my family will be going to not put up with that before then over agin. cant somehow the court persons people say that like when they wood listen to it that way?

I agree with you whole heartedly. What should happen is a methodical procedure carried out with the goal of verifying, falsifying, or establishing the validity of a guess. I would be inclined to tell you that the way you are going about this is all wrong and that you should let them know how you really feel but at the same time, do not tell them the truth about the whole matter in order for you to have the upper hand in this charade.
