Need recommendation for doctor in West Springfield/Burke area

I need a recommendation for an internal medicine doctor in the Burke/WestSpringfield area. Healthgrades et al has been little help in weeding out the assembly line and concierge practices. Thanks.

If you would consider a doctor of osteopathy instead of an m.d. u can try dr. Paul salbert. Office is on lyngate ct near rolling road and Braddock rd..great staff!

Posner is a quack who is only interested in making money off of fat/obese people by hocking his own weight loss medicine. He makes it in his basement, or somewhere.

I made the mistake of going to see him one day when I wasn't feeling too well, and as I waited in the front I saw a steady stream of fatass after fatass coming in just to pick up his weird pills. Then when I saw him he practically had me convinced that I was dying. I had a stomach bug! Asshole.

Dr. Cecily Havert of Springfield Family Medecine is terrific. Office is located right off 7100 in the Inova medical center near the Franconia metro station. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few years ago, and anyone who has experienced this knows it can be difficult to stay on top of. Many doctors treat according to lab numbers and not the way the patient feels. She does not do that...she listens and will try to figure out what might be going on that makes a person not feel 100%. Waits in her office are not long, and she spends enough time that you walk out feeling as if you've been listened to. I can't recommend her highly enough. Good luck.
