I would heartily recommend this DVD about this truly amazing woman. It is very well presented in A & E 's award winning series available at your Fairfax Public Library. A truly remarkable life living as she did in her fathers kingdom in Virginia. After intervening and saving John Smith's life she learns English and after a while marries and then accompanies John Rolfe to the court of Queen Ann where she is recieved in a stunning success. There is a interesting visit with John Smith shortly before her death. He son returns to Virginia where he inherits thousands of acres from his grandfather. I was left to wonder if there are any Rolfe's in Virginia today, possibly on Fairfax Underground? Anyway well worth getting at the library.- Rod
