Town of Herndon declares house unsafe-illegal investment property?

Looked it up on the FX real estate assessment - sold 9-13-06 for $460000 and the owner's mailing address was in Sterling. Guess it was bought as an illegal investment property and collects under the table cash from multiple tenants. IRS fun.
That owner might have been clearing a couple thousand a month if the place was stuffed.

Nothing beats the two houses near 7-11 on Alabam Drive in Herndon

Now give the benefit of the doubt- 1 grandma, 2 parents, 2 young adults [1 working the other going to college full ot part time], 1 high schooler turned 18, plus 2 younger kids?
What a nice family! The House goes to Herndon elementary and the Herndon middle and high schools.

That's why friends better move on to invest in bitcoins so that they do not end up with illegal homes. Bitcoin Loophole site site on that page give a lot of good information about why it is better to invest in bitcoins than in other types of products, I hope it works for you.

A communist will fund the creation of "a new land database", two systems, so they have a chance of cheating the "who owns what land" records. that's what fairfax newly has - it was began when obama got in office. they will bribe to get inside such a system or even jobs working in the department - or ties to hindu working in the department.
A chinese communist will merely edit a land record and send police to remove any persons on the land. there are plenty of news articles to see that's exactly what has happened countless times in china
