traffffic along old keene mill mixing bowl

just got home, from voting at garfield elem and home depot, saw madd traffic on old kenne miill road both ways..the highways were shut down..any one know why? alot of traffic damn....icey roads maybe?

An accident on I95 South bound has traffic re-routed. Pretty much has I95 stopped dead.
